Construction Coordinator

The model candidate will have 3-4 years of experience with residential insurance restoration (smoke, fire, water damage) experience. Experience in the insurance industry preferred. This position will strive to maximize customer satisfaction.

Salary: Commensurate with experience

Duties:

  • Develop and maintain a business relationship with insurance adjusters and private clients
  • Answer phones, receiving and delivering messages
  • Process Claims through company database and cloud software
  • Assist Estimators, Project Managers and Field Technicians in the daily administration of construction jobs
  • Perform administrative duties, procure building permits, and assist in keeping the office organized.
  • Build and lead teams to deliver superior customer service and assist all offices and departments
  • Coordinate daily work for skilled and non-skilled in-house staff
  • Generate and organize Job files and all documentation

Qualifications:

  • Must have a construction background
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Possess a sense of urgency, problem-solving and decision making
  • Knowledge of basic office equipment
  • Ability to learn and utilize our software; DASH, Xactimate, and others as necessary
  • Must pass a criminal background and have a clean background/driving record – must have a reliable vehicle to and from the main office
